7. Responsibility of the parties

7.1. The administration which did not fulfill the obligations bears liability for damages, suffered by the User in connection with unauthorized use of personal data, according to the legislation of the Russian Federation, except for the cases provided by Subparagraphs 5.2., 5.3. and 7.2. real Privacy policy.

7.2. In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential information the Administration does not bear responsibility if the given confidential information:
